Richard Aleven

Richard Aleven has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Richard began their career in 2011 as a Laborant Medewerker at Teva Pharmachemie, where they were responsible for various tasks including environmental and personal monitoring, working with LIMS, process qualifications, and validation. Richard also performed tasks such as water sampling and autoclaving. In 2011, they joined Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland as Manschap A, and in 2016, they worked at Sanquin as a Kwaliteitsfunctionaris and later as an Operator. Richard then moved to Sanquin Plasma Products B.V. in 2021 as a Senior Quality Assurance Officer. Currently, in 2022, they hold the position of Lead Quality Engineer at Prothya Biosolutions.

Richard Aleven attended Clusius College Alkmaar from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a MBO Niveau 4 degree in Dierenverzorging (Animal Care). In addition to their education, Richard also obtained several certifications, including Problem solving & Decision making (PSDM) from Kepner-Tregoe Nederland in 2018, Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from UNC Plus Delta in 2017, and Manschap A from Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland in 2013, among others.
