Stephen Motosko

Stephen Motosko has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder of Ingredient Optimized since 2016. At Ingredient Optimized, they developed patented technology to improve the performance of protein powders. In 2016, they also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at FOOD-X, a food-related business accelerator program. Prior to that, Stephen held positions at AlphaSights, starting as an Analyst in 2011 and eventually becoming a Vice President. At AlphaSights, they were responsible for researching industries, identifying talent, and advising clients. Stephen also led client accounts and managed teams. Before AlphaSights, Stephen was the Founder of UltraTek Worldwide and Moto Enterprises.

Stephen Motosko attended Cardinal Mooney High School from 2003 to 2007, but did not earn a degree or have a specific field of study during this time. Stephen went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate at Villanova University from 2007 to 2011.
