Armin Baur

Armin Baur is an experienced process engineer with a strong background in plasma etching and MEMS technology. Currently serving as Process Engineer III at Plasma-Therm since October 2020, Armin previously worked as an R&D Engineer in MEMS at IMTEK, University of Freiburg from April 2001 to September 2020. Prior to that, a career at TDK-Micronas spanned nearly two decades, during which Armin held the position of Process Engineer for Plasma Etch. Armin's educational background includes a trade school degree in Mechanical Engineering and studies at The University of Freiburg.
