Niklas Berntsson

Niklas Berntsson serves as the CEO and President for Europe at Plasman Group since October 2018, leading all division locations across Sweden, Belgium, and Norway. Prior to this role, Niklas held the position of President for Sectional Doors and Docking EMEA within the Entrematic Group under ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems from September 2017 to October 2018. With extensive experience at Kongsberg Automotive from February 2008 to September 2017, Niklas progressed through several leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and General Manager for Kongsberg Automotive China. Niklas began a career at Volvo Car Corporation from January 2001, advancing from Commodity Buyer to Senior Purchasing Manager. Earlier, Niklas worked as a Technical Engineer at Vattenfall from August 1998. Educational credentials include an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
