Ousman Sillah is currently the Plant Maintenance Manager at Plasman since April 2022. Prior to that, Ousman held various roles at Plastal, including Production Supervisor in the Assembling & Injection Moulding Department, Produktionschef, Production Supervisor in the Paintshop, Team Leader, and Quality Analyzer.
