Dr. Marcello Stein

Dr. Marcello Stein serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing at PlasmidFactory GmbH since September 2025. Previously, Dr. Stein was the Chief Marketing Officer at PreOmics from October 2022 to September 2025, overseeing the MarCom, product management, and application development departments as a member of the C-board. Dr. Stein's extensive experience at Miltenyi Biotec included roles such as Manager of Global Marketing in Translational Immunology Research, Group Leader in T cell Immunology Research, Team Coordinator in T cell Research, and Global Product Manager for T cell research. Prior positions also include Product Manager for Life Science at VWR INTERNATIONAL and Product Manager at Peqlab Biotechnologie GmbH. Dr. Stein's academic background includes a PhD in Biology with a focus on Immunology and Genetics, awarded by FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, alongside a Diplom in Biology from the same institution.
