Maggie Weitzman is a molecular biologist and Director of Special Research Projects with expertise in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies. They hold a Master of Science in Biology (Mycology) and have over a decade of experience in biological, chemical, and technical research and analysis across both academic and industrial settings. At the University of Oregon, Maggie served as a Research Assistant in the Genomics & Cell Characterization Core Facility and as a Lecturer in the Bioinformatics & Genomics Masters Program.
