Eric Davidson began their work experience in 1997 as a Management Consultant at Monitor Group. Eric then moved on to work at Good Karma Brands, starting in 1998 as a Marketing Consultant at ESPN Madison and Good Karma Brands. From 2004 to 2013, they served as a Marketing Consultant at ESPN Milwaukee and Good Karma Brands.
