Lorna Joelson

Lorna Joelson is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at PLA since October 2022, Lorna previously held the position of Accountant at Sagent from January 2020 to March 2021 in a contract role. Prior to that, Lorna was a Senior Accountant at Dallas Packaging & Container from May 2016 to February 2020 and worked as a Tax Accountant at Nelson & Nelson from January 2012 to April 2016. Additionally, Lorna gained valuable experience as an Assistant Financial Controller at Baker Tilly Morrison Murray from September 2001 to June 2006 and as an Auditor at PwC from March 1999 to August 2001. Lorna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is currently pursuing a Master's in Accounting from the University of South Africa, with studies ongoing since December 1998.
