The Information Systems Team at PLASP Child Care Services is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s technology infrastructure. The System Administrator ensures the reliability and security of IT systems, the Business Systems Analyst evaluates and improves business processes through effective use of technology, and the Dynamics CRM Developer customizes and maintains the CRM platform to enhance client and staff interactions. Together, they support the mission of providing high-quality child care services efficiently and securely.
