Sourabh Kashyap

Sourabh Kashyap has over a decade of experience in the engineering and training sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Plasser India Pvt Ltd since July 2012. In this role, Sourabh conceptualized the "Learn Share Grow" initiative, aimed at enhancing individual capabilities through a robust learning culture for the service and testing team. Sourabh has also held positions as a Senior Engineer in Services & Training, where responsibilities included developing customized training modules, and as an Engineer, overseeing servicing and commissioning of railway track maintenance machines. Sourabh began career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, focused on project management and skill development. Prior to this, Sourabh completed training at NTPC and Nokia Siemens Networks. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Shri Ram College of Engineering & Management.
