Iryna Melnychuk

Iryna Melnychuk (Shevchuk) is currently a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at The League of the Strong, having begun in October 2023. With extensive experience in various roles, Iryna has worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at NGO Proliska, and previously as an HR Competence Coordinator at SoftServe and a Human Resources Specialist at Infineon Technologies. Early career roles included Human Resources Assistant at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation and Client Manager at Hair For Share. Iryna also served as a Press Communications Specialist for UCU Student Government, demonstrating strong communication and project management skills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Ukrainian Catholic University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Uzhhorod National University. Additionally, Iryna is a long-term volunteer with Plast, the National Scout Organization of Ukraine.
