Hamish Ferguson

Hamish Ferguson serves as the VP Director of Sustainability and ESG at Moog Inc. since October 2006, overseeing HR for the Industrial business with over 4,000 employees across nearly 30 countries. Additionally, Hamish is the Global Talent Director, responsible for leadership development, talent identification, succession planning, and global mobility. Hamish also holds a trustee position at Plastic Free North Devon, an environmental charity focused on reducing plastic pollution. Previous roles include Director of Global HR Operations at EMI Music and Head of Human Resources at Vodafone - Vizzavi. Hamish possesses a One Planet MBA in Sustainable Business from Exeter, a PgDip in Quality Systems Management from Napier, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Edinburgh Napier University.
