Charles Petrarca

Charles Petrarca is an experienced professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and military leadership. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Plastic Molding Manufacturing since November 2019, Charles oversees profit and loss for the Putnam location and manages a team of 21 employees in injection molding operations. Previously, Charles held positions such as Manufacturing Manager at Phillips Moldex, overseeing manufacturing processes, purchasing, and shipping, and served as Land Component Commander for the RI Army Guard, responsible for Army Support units statewide. Charles's earlier roles include managerial positions at Mercury Wire Products Inc. and Stanley Bostich, as well as a military leadership role as Commander in the RI National Guard. Charles holds a Master's in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College, an MBA in Operations and Technology Management from Bryant University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Roger Williams University, and an Associate's in Industrial Electronics Technology from the New England Institute of Technology.
