Katherine Zucek currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Plasticade since April 2025. Prior to this role, Katherine was the Director of Talent & People Operations at LanzaTech from October 2023 to March 2025. Katherine has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as the Head of Human Resources for US Operations at NEMERA and as a Human Resources Manager at Regal Beloit Corporation. Earlier in their career, Katherine held positions as an Assurance Senior and Assurance Associate at EY, and began in human resources as a Coordinator at Lakeside Manufacturing. Katherine holds a BS in Accounting and Human Resources from Marquette University.
