Patrick Krieger began their work experience in 2007 as a Manager of Regulatory Affairs at the Animal Health Institute, where they provided technical and organizational support to the Veterinary Biologics Section. In this role, they engaged with the USDA Center for Veterinary Biologics, acted as a primary contact for issues impacting the biologics industry, and communicated compliance criteria to member companies.

In 2015, Patrick joined the Plastics Industry Association as an Assistant Director of Regulatory and Technical Affairs. Patrick was later promoted to Director, then Senior Director, and finally Vice President of Sustainability. In these roles, they were responsible for various sustainability and materials initiatives.

Patrick Krieger obtained their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
