Jan Vangerven

Jan Vangerven is an experienced product design and development manager with a strong background in electromechanical engineering. Currently, Jan Vangerven is employed at Plastiflex since September 2022, focusing on the product and process development for the medical breathing tube market. Prior to this role, Jan Vangerven served as an R&D Engineer at PLASTIFLEX BELGIUM from March 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included creating specifications, designing tooling, and selecting resins and machine settings. Jan Vangerven also gained experience as an R&D Project Engineer at Heraeus Electro-Nite from January 2018 to February 2020, where the focus was on developing probes for molten metal processes. Additionally, an engineering consultancy role with USG Professionals Belgium involved similar project responsibilities at Heraeus Electro-Nite.
