Willem Durand is an experienced engineering project manager at Plastiflex since January 2000, with a strong background in managing process and product development projects, as well as process automation initiatives on existing technology platforms. Willem has a proven track record in defining project scopes, assessing risks, and identifying opportunities for project enhancement while aligning with stakeholder expectations and business strategy. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineer at Eskom from August 1990 to November 1999. Willem holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
