Philip Katen

Philip Katen has extensive work experience in both the manufacturing and consulting industries. Philip started their career in 1999 as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in strategy and operations with a focus on facility management and the real estate industry. In 2007, Philip joined Plastikos, Inc. as the General Manager & President, leading both Micro Mold Co., Inc. and Plastikos, Inc. Their background includes a strong track record in problem-solving, leadership, and client engagement.

Philip Katen received a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering & Economics from Northwestern University in 1999. Philip then went on to earn an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, completing their degree in 2005.
