Hansruedi Lanker

Hansruedi Lanker has held various roles throughout their work experience. Hansruedi started their career at Arthur Andersen AG in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services until 2002. Hansruedi then joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in Transaction Services and worked there until 2006. In 2007, they became CFO at Lista Holding AG, where they were involved in a Management Buy-in/Buy-out Project with Capvis Equity Partners AG. During their time at Lista Holding AG, they implemented a comprehensive restructuring project in response to the global economic crisis, optimized NWC, and established group structures, including a comprehensive group-wide financial accounting system and reporting. Lanker also implemented a SAP FI/CO system and managed a group-wide employee participation model. In 2010, they joined Plaston Holding AG as CFO.

Hansruedi Lanker completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1993 to 1997, they attended the Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft St.Gallen / University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a degree in Business Economist. Hansruedi then pursued further education from 1997 to 2000 at the Schweiz. Treuhandkammer (Swiss Institute of Certified Accountants) and earned a degree as an Eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer / Swiss Certified Accountant.
