Bas Tax currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Plat4mation since October 2013, where responsibilities include advising on PaaS technology and leading implementations. In addition, Bas is a Managing Partner at 4mation Group, co-founded 4Industry, and previously worked as a Business Coach at De Nieuwe Gevers. Prior experience includes a consultant role in IT Strategy & Transformation at Accenture and a graduate student at Utrecht University, culminating in a master thesis focused on the Dutch Media & Entertainment industry. Bas began an internship at Accenture in 2007 and has held various positions related to knowledge management and project leadership since 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Informatics from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
