Claudio Cevallos

Claudio Cevallos currently serves as Project Manager for Ops Innovation at Plata Card since November 2023. Previously, Claudio worked as a Logistics Senior Associate at Shopee from January 2022 to November 2022, focusing on invoicing review automation and weight discrepancy reduction projects. Prior to that role, Claudio spent over five years at DHL Express Mexico, where responsibilities included performance analysis, KPI report automation, and dashboard implementation. Claudio began the career as a Young International Specialist, developing security and root cause analysis reports. Claudio holds a Master's degree in Engineering, a specialization in Robotics and Automation, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, all from Universidad Panamericana.
