Ezequiel Wasilewski has extensive experience in customer support and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support and Operations Manager at Plataforma 10 since April 2008. Responsibilities include managing technical support, customer service, and debt recovery, along with maintaining and auditing the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015 standards. Prior to this role, Ezequiel Wasilewski held positions as Operations Chief and Coordinator of Stands at Plataforma 10 from November 2003 to November 2007. Ezequiel Wasilewski is pursuing a degree in Data Science at the University of Buenos Aires, expected to complete in December 2028, and completed a diploma in Call Center and Contact Center Management at Universidad de Belgrano in 2017.
