Simon Laisney

Simon Laisney has significant experience in urban planning and management, currently serving as the Président du directoire and Directeur général - Fondateur at Plateau Urbain since July 2013, as well as the Président du directoire and Co-fondateur at Base Commune since January 2020. Prior roles include Chargé d'Etudes at DTZ from February 2011 to December 2013 and similar positions at the Syndicat d'Action Foncière du Val-de-Marne, CCI Versailles-Yvelines, EPA Marne, and the Ministère de l'Habitat et de l'Urbanisme du Burkina Faso. Simon Laisney holds advanced degrees in Urbanisme et aménagement du territoire and ICH, Promotion & Construction from prestigious institutions, including the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
