Bruno Barros began their professional journey in 2012 at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril and completed a course in Restaurante e Bar in 2015. After gaining valuable experience through internships at Hotel Cascais Miragem and Casino de Lisboa's Arena Lounge, Bruno worked as a Bartender until 2017. They then took on the role of Bar Manager at Assinatura in Lagos, remaining there until 2019 before returning to Lisbon as a Bar Manager for Cais da Pedra. Currently, Bruno serves as the Restaurant Director at Plateform, where they continue to express their passion for creativity in the culinary field.
