Dale Hempel

Dale Hempel has held various positions in the technology industry since 2000. Dale began as a Director at Large for the Tampa Bay Technology Leadership Association (TBTLA) and later held the role of Membership Chair for the Tampa AFCEA. In 2004, they were a Business Development Manager for Norwood & Associates, followed by a role as BDM for Vertical IT Solutions in 2005. In 2007, they worked as an Independent Consultant for Goldman Sachs through Pratt Brown & Associates. In 2008, they were an Account Executive for Jagged Peak and in 2009, they were Co-Founder for GETSMART and Director of Sales for Panther Technologies, Inc. In 2010, they worked as Corporate Account Executive for Bisk and, most recently, in 2017, they were Sales Support Manager for PlateSmart.

Dale Hempel attended St. Petersburg College from 1983 to 1987, where they studied Sales & Marketing. In 2014, they completed a Certificate Program in Six Sigma Green Belt at Villanova University. Dale also completed a Certificate Program in Lean Six Sigma at Villanova University in 2015.
