Richard (Rick) Shapiro

Richard (Rick) Shapiro is an experienced system engineer currently employed at Platesmart Technologies since May 2012, where expertise in software-based license plate recognition (LPR) solutions is applied. Prior experience includes serving as a systems engineer at Niscayah, Inc. from December 1999 to May 2011, focusing on integrated security systems design and implementation.
