Russel Sarpy has worked for PlateSmart Technologies since 2020 as a Regional Sales Manager. Prior to this, they were the Creator of LENSS-Law Enforcement Sharing Solution for LENSS from 2014.

Russel Sarpy attended Northwestern State University from 1990 to 1993, studying Criminal Justice and Corrections.
