Hannah Sambrooks

Hannah Sambrooks is a Senior Caseworker at Platfform, currently providing short-term emotional and practical support for individuals in psychological distress or who have recently self-harmed to prevent suicide. Prior to this role, Hannah worked as a HOPE Project Worker at Second Step and as a Healthcare Assistant at Priory Group, supporting adults with borderline or emerging personality disorder. With a background in Applied Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling, Hannah has also served as a Community Support Worker and a volunteer at Acorns Children's Hospice.
