Phil Richardson

Phil Richardson is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Deputy Director of Operations at Platfform since November 2021. Prior to this role, Phil held various positions at Cadwyn Housing Association, including Head of Supported Housing and Project Manager, from June 2013 to November 2021. Phil's background also includes service delivery management at Shaw Trust, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing contracts related to Work Choice and Work Programme from June 2007 to April 2013. Earlier experience includes Area Manager at Shaw Trust for the NDDP in South Wales Valleys and roles at Cardiff County Council as a Recruitment Adviser/Basic Skills Tutor, and at Avenir Telecom as Business Development Manager. Phil earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Leadership & Management from Middlesex University in 2010 and a BScECON in Social Sciences from Swansea University in 1995.
