Abner Augusto Viana Thomaz

Abner Augusto Viana Thomaz has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2011 to 2020. Abner Augusto started their career as a Production Analysis Intern at Dataprev in 2011, where they were involved in batch routine fragmentation and monitoring production processes.

In 2013, Abner worked as a Junior Support Analyst at Algar Tecnologia, providing support for BR and Liquigás applications. Abner Augusto handled first and second-level IT support requests and redirected them to other teams when necessary.

From 2015 to 2019, Abner held the position of Support Analyst at SONDA, primarily assigned to the BR-Liquigás project. Abner Augusto addressed level 1 and 2 support tickets for users and also assisted with level 4 tickets, particularly focusing on Notes configurations, software installation, Windows 7 support, proxy configuration, printer installations, and basic SAP and CRM configurations.

At Next Digital Platform, starting in 2019, Abner first served as a Junior Software Developer, contributing to the development team by performing repairs, enhancements, and microservice implementations using Java with Spring Boot, Oracle databases, Postman for API testing, and Bitbucket for code management. Later on, they transitioned to a Quality Analyst role, where they participated in daily meetings, created test scripts, conducted regression and exploratory testing, and ensured the functionality and visual implementations of the system.

Most recently, Abner joined Platform Builders in 2020 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on maintaining and improving the quality of software products.

Throughout their career, Abner has gained experience in various aspects of IT support, software development, and software quality assurance.
