Henrique Lima

Henrique Lima has over 12 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Henrique started their career at Top Information as a Functional Analyst from February 2010 to September 2012. Henrique then joined Resource IT Solutions as a Salesforce Business Analyst from October 2012 to December 2014.

In 2015, Henrique joined Everymind and held multiple roles throughout their tenure. Henrique started as a Business Consultant - Squad Leader from January 2015 to September 2019. Henrique then became a Salesforce Tribe Leader from September 2019 to January 2021. Lastly, they served as the Head de Desenvolvimento Organizacional - Core from January 2021 to September 2021.

Currently, Henrique works at Builders as the Salesforce Ops Manager, starting from October 2021 to January 2022. Henrique was then promoted to Head of Salesforce in February 2022, a role they continue to hold.

In addition to their formal education, Henrique has obtained several certifications. In 2010, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator. In January 2013, they added Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant to their credentials. Later, in June 2015, they achieved the certifications of Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer and Veeva CRM Certified Administrator. In July 2016, Henrique became a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Continuing their Salesforce certifications, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification in March 2018. Their most recent certification is Autizando Day 2022, which they obtained in April 2022. Additionally, in September 2019, Henrique completed the Curso de Introdução a OKR's at Qulture.Rocks Brasil.
