Craig Barber

Craig Barber is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in leading transformation programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Shaping Future Finance Programme Director at Platform Housing Group, Craig has successfully implemented finance transformation initiatives, including the integration of Microsoft Dynamics F&O and Proactis for enhanced procurement processes. Previous roles include Director at Future of Finance Consulting, Partner at B W Properties & Investments, and Head of Finance Transformation at Bromford, where Craig was instrumental in delivering significant changes as part of broader business transformation programs. Craig's extensive experience extends to senior finance leadership positions at ARM, Serco, Alstom Grid, and Siemens, demonstrating expertise in financial management, process improvement, and change management across diverse sectors. Craig holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Wolverhampton and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
