James Marsden

James Marsden has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT support, currently serving as a Cyber Security Manager at Platform Housing Group since June 2019. Prior to this role, James held the position of Security Operations Analyst at the same organization. From July 2016 to June 2019, James worked at Waterloo Housing Group as a 2nd Line Support Analyst. James began their career as a Support Analyst at RDS Global from September 2010 to July 2016, where foundational skills in technical support were developed.
