Jim Wilkins

Jim Wilkins is an experienced Senior Land & Partnerships Manager at Platform Housing Group, with a focus on land-led opportunities across multiple regions in England. Jim has progressed through various roles within the company, starting as a Trainee Development Officer and advancing to Development Officer, Land Manager, and then Senior Land Manager. During this time, Jim has gained expertise in project management tools and financial systems, enhancing skills in scheme management from inception to completion. Prior to roles in housing development, Jim accumulated diverse experience in the hospitality industry, managing teams and events across several pubs and bars in both the UK and Australia. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Accounting and Advertising from the University of Worcester and an HNC in Construction from Birmingham City University.
