Chandra Kamiel

Chandra Kamiel has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Chandra currently holds the position of Vice President of Real Estate at PLATFORM Insurance Management Inc. since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Marsh as an Assistant Vice President from August 2018 to December 2020. Chandra also served as a Commercial Account Manager at Gallagher from July 2014 to August 2018. Before that, they were an Underwriter at Intact Financial Corporation from April 2012 to July 2014. Chandra started their career at The Economical Insurance Group as a Commercial Specialty Lines Underwriter from February 2009 to April 2012, and earlier they worked as a Commercial Property Assistant Underwriter at Liberty International Underwriters from February 2006 to February 2009.

Chandra Kamiel obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from McMaster University from 2002 to 2005. Furthermore, Chandra pursued additional education at the Insurance Institute of Ontario to become a Chartered Insurance Professional. Chandra also attended the University of Toronto to acquire further knowledge in Canadian Risk Management.
