Jared Wright

Jared Wright is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in support and engineering roles within the cloud services sector. Currently serving as Elite Support Manager at Platform.sh since January 2019, Jared leads support for high-profile partners and customers. Previous positions include Founder and Head of Support at Cloudwrights, where support is provided to managed service providers and digital agencies, as well as Support Team Leader at Bulletproof Group Limited, overseeing a cloud engineering team. Jared's career began at Rackspace Hosting, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Hybrid Cloud Support Engineer and Technical Account Manager. With a BTech in Information Management from the University of Johannesburg, Jared also has experience in IT management and system administration from roles at ITWeb and Bryanston High School.
