Akhil John

Akhil John is a seasoned professional in cloud support with extensive experience at Platform9, where roles have included Global Cloud Support Manager, Cloud Support Engineer - Team Lead, L2 Cloud Support Engineer, and Cloud Support Engineer since June 2020. Prior to this, Akhil worked at Red Hat from February 2016 to June 2020, progressing through positions such as OpenShift Technical Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Associate Technical Support Engineer, and Intern. Akhil's career began with a trainee position at ipsr solutions ltd in 2015, following a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering.
