Mark Yin

Mark Yin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Platina Systems. Mark has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and has held leadership positions at Infinera, Ciena/Lightera Networks, Cisco, and Stratacom.

Mark Yin began their career in 1991 as a manager at Telcordia/Bellcore. Mark then moved to Stratacom in 1995, where they were a product manager. In 1996, they joined Cisco as a product manager. Mark left Cisco in 2001 to join Infinera as Vice President. Mark held this position until 2008, when they left to co-found Platina Systems.

Mark Yin attended Rutgers University for their BS and then continued their education at Stanford University for their MS.
