Bertrand Labays

Bertrand Labays currently serves as COO and CMO at Platinium Group SAM since May 2018. Prior to this role, Bertrand was Group Director of CRM at eDreams ODIGEO from September 2013 to April 2018, where responsibilities included driving digital transformation of CRM activities, leading the implementation of new CRM infrastructure, and managing teams across Europe. Bertrand's earlier experience includes serving as CRM Director and Senior Marketing Manager at Vistaprint from March 2010 to September 2013, focusing on CRM strategy and customer segmentation, and working at TUI UK from October 2002 to March 2010 in roles such as General Manager Customer Data and Analytics, and Customer Database Manager, where Bertrand oversaw teams managing customer data and analytics to inform business decisions.
