Gina Hamilton

Gina Hamilton has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Gina started their career at Vermillion State Bank in 1988, where they served as Vice President for almost nine years. In 1997, they joined Anchor Bank, N.A. and held various roles, including Bank Manager, Project Manager, and eventually became the SVP, Director of Operations and Technology. In this role, they led a team of operations and technology and played a crucial part in integrating five bank charters into one brand, as well as managing successful M&A integrations. Additionally, Gina was a member of the Executive Leadership team and implemented the Traction and EOS model to drive organizational growth. In 2015, they joined Platinum Bank as the Senior Vice President, Director of Operations and Information Technology. Their exceptional performance led their to be promoted to Chief Operating Officer in July 2020.

Gina Hamilton's education history includes attending the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, where they obtained a banking certification in Banking and Financial Support Services. Additionally, they attended Dakota County Technical College, where they studied accounting.
