Rachael Makumi

Rachael Makumi is a Human Resources Officer at Platinum Credit Limited since November 2021, overseeing the complete employment process, including the orientation and training of new staff. Prior to this role, Rachael served as an HR and Administration Assistant intern at Justice Defenders from April to October 2021, providing support to the HR and administration departments. Rachael's experience also includes an internship in Human Resources at African Cotton Industries Ltd. in 2017. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Kiriri Women's University of Science and Technology, completed between 2017 and 2020, as well as a Diploma in Business Administration earned in 2017 at the same institution.
