Charles Seipel is currently a Food Server at LaScala's Restaurant & Bar since August 2023 and has been with Platinum Dining Group as a Food Server since June 2021. Charles began in the food service industry at Taverna Wilmington in 2021, initially working as a dishwasher, busser, and food runner before being promoted to server in the summer of 2022, continuing to work part-time on weekends during the academic year. Charles is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Statistics at Villanova University, with an expected graduation date of 2025, following graduation from The Charter School of Wilmington in June 2021.
