Andrew Ross

Andrew Ross currently serves as Managing Director of Business Development at Platinum Equity, responsible for new deal origination in the United States since April 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held multiple positions at Morgan Stanley from August 2007 to April 2024, including Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group, and held executive leadership roles across various regions such as London and Asia-Pacific. Andrew began the career at ESAB as a Production Manager and Analyst from May 2001 to May 2005. Andrew holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Francis Marion University.
