With a career spanning several decades, Becky founded Future Focus in 1999, providing strategic marketing and interim leadership roles in B2B sectors such as medical technology and industrial products, collaborating with major companies like 3M and Medtronic. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles at Star Tribune, where a $40M revenue turnaround was achieved, and a strong marketing and sales background initiated at Commercial Finance Group. Becky holds an MBA in Marketing from Central Michigan University and has engaged in various professional development programs, contributing to a diverse and impactful career in business management and strategy.
