Jinwoo Park

Jinwoo Park has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Jinwoo is currently serving as the Head Consultant of Korea Desk at Platinum Properties since January 2023. Prior to that, they founded their own company, Team JP Properties, in May 2019 and held the position of Founder/CEO.

Before starting their own venture, Jinwoo worked at PD Properties LLC as a Senior Vice President from October 2014 to March 2019. Jinwoo also gained valuable experience at Cushman & Wakefield where they held the position of Senior Manager. During their time at Cushman & Wakefield, Jinwoo worked in the Consulting Division and was involved in various large-scale development projects such as the Chungra International Business District Development, Dongtan Metapolis, Youngsan Commercial District Development, Seoul Galleria Foret, and Cheulsu plaza in Uzbekistan. Jinwoo'srole also included working with major clients such as Samsung, GS, Daewoo, Posco, Hanwah, as well as investment companies like Woori, Shihan, Daewoo, Dongyang, KB, and Macquarie.

Jinwoo Park obtained a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Metropolitan Development from Baruch College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Kyung Hee University for an unspecified period of time, majoring in a field related to liberal arts.
