Nicholas Gaeta is an experienced professional in the real estate and logistics sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder of AAN Investment Group LLC since March 2024, where responsibilities include streamlining and managing a real estate portfolio. Additionally, Nicholas holds the position of Account Executive Sales Manager at Great Logistics LLC and works as a Real Estate Specialist with the Katie McNeill Team at Platinum Real Estate. Nicholas has a long-standing role as General Contractor at GAETA INTERIORS INC since June 2009 and has previously worked as a Realtor® with McDowell Homes Real Estate Services and as a Real Estate Agent with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Nicholas's career began as a Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Kent State University and a Real Estate License from Hondros College.
