Prior to this, Peter worked at Oerlikon from January 2003 to September 2011, where roles included Manager System Sales Oerlikon Balzers and Product Manager for Optical Disc Systems. Peter's career began at KraussMaffei, where from October 1991 to December 2002, Peter held the position of Product Manager. Educational background includes a Diplom Ingenieur Maschinenbau in General Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and training as a Kunststoffformgeber from 1979 to 1982.
