Rayburn Misquadis has worked in various roles since 2000. Rayburn began their career as a Driver at Anishnawbe Health Toronto in 2000. In 2001, they took on roles as a Youth Worker at Native Child and Family Services of Toronto and a Front Line Worker at Native Mens Residence. In 2018, they became a Wasa-Nabin Coordinator at Peel Aboiriginal Netwrok, as well as a Software Testing Trainee at Plato.

Rayburn Misquadis attended George Brown College from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations for a Business degree. Rayburn also attended Plato Testing, though no additional information is available.
