Alex Albinyana Brisa has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Técnico de investigación y desarrollo at Platos Tradicionales PLC since February 2019. Prior to this role, Alex held an I+D internship position and worked as a freelance chef, providing personalized catering and private dinner services from April 2017 to May 2019. A brief tenure as a cocinero at Momiji Japanese Restaurant took place in July 2016. Alex's educational background includes a degree in Gastronomy and Management from CEU Cardenal Herrera University (2015-2019) and a specialization course in meats, cooking, and gastronomy at the Basque Culinary Center (January-May 2021).
